Refund policy

Because everything unlocks the moment you buy, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on the online course or the printed workbooks. All purchases are final.

This is exactly why we give six full lessons away for free, three from Spanish and Early Education and three from Reading with Amelia. Please watch them with your child, and look through our free resources, to be sure our program is the right fit for your family before you buy.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, that is different and we will always make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@thespanishplayhouse.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

If you cannot access your course, email us and we will fix it. Access problems are our responsibility, not yours.
