Shipping policy

We offer free shipping throughout the continental United States.

Every book is packed by hand by our family in Providence, Rhode Island. Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, and delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days. We will email you tracking once your parcel is on its way.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, since we are not able to redirect a package once it is on its way.

Printed in small batches. We print in small batches on purpose. It costs us more, and it lets us keep the paper heavy and fix a page the moment we find a better way to teach something. You can feel it when the book arrives.

Once in a while that means a book sells out before the next run is ready. If it happens with something you have ordered, we will email you the same day so you are never left wondering, and the next batch usually reaches us within 2 to 3 weeks. Your child does not have to wait to begin, because your video lessons unlock the moment you order and the workbook follows.

Your video course does not wait for the post. It unlocks the moment you order, so your child can start the same day.

The four Reading with Amelia books are released on August 18. If your order includes them, your Spanish and Early Education books ship on the normal timeline and your Reading books follow after that date.

If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at info@thespanishplayhouse.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
